The NCS-32 is a communication system for use in the field. The system provides four different communication channels, GSM, DECT, line and field telephone. All four channels are bidirectional and can be initialized from both endpoints. All conversations can be recorded either automatically or manually. The system is powered by either an integrated battery or an external power source; if an external power source is connected, the battery is charged.

The NCS-32 is equipped with four line outputs, one line input, two microphone inputs and two headphone outputs. Furthermore, the system is equipped with a speaker for listening without a headset. The device’s user interface consists of a graphic OLED display, a navigation module, telephone keypad, six main buttons and a PS/2 port for connecting an external keyboard. The NCS-32 is integrated into a sturdy PELI 1450 case.

All settings and control of the media player are accessed via an intuitive menu system, navigated via an integrated NaviKey and OLED display. The device comes with a number of accessories. Including a DECT phone, antennas, headphones and cables.

EASY-TO-NAVIGATE DISPLAY

The bright OLED display makes it easy to read text even in difficult lighting conditions, and the menu-based control interface is navigated using the NaviKey technology, the same concept that can be found on digital cameras and televisions.

SUPPORTS EXTERNAL STORAGE

All communications can be easily recorded on a CompactFlash memory card that takes up to 70 hours of recording (8 GB). All recordings can be played back immediately. The CF card can be easily reviewed with a PC. The file format is the default .WAV, compatible with Windows Media Player and most other media players, including those for Mac.

SOUND OUT IN SEVERAL WAYS

Two individual headsets can be connected to the NCS-32 at the same time. Built-in speaker and several additional audio outputs for connecting external surveillance systems and recorders give you control over the sound.
